The Razer Blade Stealth RZ09-01962E20-R3U1 is the most affordable of the Razer Stealth laptops and instead of an Intel i7 processor, Razer has gone for a seventh generation Intel i5 processor to bring down the price. While we would have expected 16GB of RAM in this model, Razer surprised us by still offering this Razer Stealth with 8GB of RAM, which is the same as its predecessor. While it only features integrated Intel graphics, it has been designed to work with Razer’s Core external GPU housing that allows you to add a powerful desktop graphics card. The biggest Achilles heel of this version is its tiny 128GB SSD and you might want to replace it with a larger M.2 SSD.
Pros
- Superfast SSD
- Intel Kaby Lake processor
- QHD display
- Price
Cons
- Tiny SSD
- USB Type-C handles both charging and data transfers
- Integrated graphics
- No Ethernet or optical drive
- 12.5-inch display
Bottom Line
The Razer Blade Stealth RZ09-01962E20-R3U1 is an affordable Razer Stealth laptop that now sports the latest Kaby Lake Intel i5 processor. However the lower price does have one major drawback and that is the tiny 128GB SSD.

The Razer Blade Stealth is a high-end Ultrabook trying to upset the status quo currently lead by the likes of Lenovo, Asus, Apple and Dell. While Razer is a gaming brand, this isn't a gaming laptop; it instead matches the specifications of the work-focused Dell XPS 13.

The Razer Blade Stealth offers better specs for less money than the competition, and includes features others lack, such as a high-res touch screen and full-size USB ports. The design is slick, the price is right, but it's not as slim and portable as other 12-inch laptops.
