The Lenovo Yoga 900 80UE008FUS is a 2016 13.3-inch 2- in- 1 laptop that is praised by critics for its innovative watchband hinge design, good performance, sleek design, sturdy build and thin figure. The 13.3-inch QHD+ touchscreen is just awe inspiring in the right conditions. It lasts about 8 hours during regular use, but that is actually lower than the 2- in- 1 average. Apart from a few let downs like the awkward placement of some keys and the display’s poor outdoor visibility, it is one of the best laptops you can buy when you are looking to perform day to day tasks.
Pros
- Sleek design
- Good performance
- Great speakers
- Super thin and light
- Sturdy build
- Great hinge design
Cons
- Its battery life though not bad doesn’t match its competitors
- Display is a bit dim
- Some keys are placed awkwardly
Bottom Line
This super portable, thin and beautiful laptop is perfect for users on the go who want to take their productivity to the next level.

Lenovo clearly listened to feedback about last year's high-end Yoga, keeping the excellent overall design but boosting the specs to match other premium 13-inch laptops.

Unlike its predecessor, the Yoga 900’s isn’t trying to be the slimmest reversible laptop around. It’s 18 percent thicker than the Yoga 3 Pro to accommodate a more powerful Intel Core i5 or i7 processor—the Pro used a Core M chip—and the larger battery and additional cooling it requires. That means considerably better performance and a longer runtime. Those are improvements that no one will complain about, unless they prefer a skinny machine.

Lenovo addressed complaints people had with the Yoga 3 Pro by adding a bigger battery, more powerful processor and improved keyboard and trackpad to make the Yoga 900 the best Yoga it has built to date. Even though this may feel like an iterative release, these tweaks add up to make the Yoga 900 a balanced, thoughtfully designed and refined 2-in-1 convertible.
