However, standard ports have been removed and only USB Type-C ports (Thunderbolt 3) have been used that will require additional adapters. Furthermore, it is pricy when compared to Windows laptops that sport equally impressive specs. Lastly, some were disappointed that the MagSafe ports were removed and that the RAM is not upgradable. The Apple Macbook Pro is powerful and a very productive machine, but it is very expensive in comparison to equally powerful Windows laptops available on the market.

Even if you're not sold on the idea of the Touch Bar, this slightly updated MacBook Pro is still the king of high-end laptops, especially for the creative class.
