The Acer Chromebook R11 has been praised for its hybrid design, Quad-Core Intel processor and 32GB of flash memory. The 4GB of RAM will cope with most Chrome OS apps and multitasking shouldn’t make it feel sluggish when compared to the 2GB model. However, the display is average and offers a maximum resolution of 1366×768 which is what we usually find on cheaper laptops, On top of this, in tablet mode, some thought it can be a bit heavy. Lastly, some thought that although the hinges are stable, they do feel flimsy. The Acer Chromebook R11 is a well priced Chromebook that is convertible, but its heavy in tablet mode and the 720p, while sharp, will disappoint those looking for a FHD resolution.
